| Induction motors have many advantages such as simple structure,easy manufacture,low price,reliable operation,etc.,and have been widely used in daily life,national defense,military industry,scientific research experiment and other fields.When the induction motor is operated in a special environment such as a hyper-gravity environment,the performance will be different from that under a normal environment.In order to ensure the reliability of the induction motor in a hyper-gravity environment and realize the maximum development of its performance,it is necessary to analyze the performance of the induction motor in the hyper-gravity environment and compare it with the performance in a conventional environment.First of all,this article introduces the development status of ultragravity centrifugal experimental equipment at home and abroad.When an induction motor is operated in a hyper-gravity environment,the motor material and the overall performance of the motor will change due to the action of the stress field inside the motor.Therefore,it focuses on the current situation and research progress of this issue at home and abroad.Secondly,research is carried out on the problem of performance changes of motor materials in the hyper-gravity environment.From the perspective of physical ferromagnetism,the microstructure of ferromagnetic materials such as silicon steel sheets is introduced,and the magnetic permeability mechanism of silicon steel sheets is explained.Through the physical model of the magnetization curve and hysteresis loop of the silicon steel sheet,the change trend of the magnetic characteristics of the silicon steel sheet under the hyper-gravity environment is analyzed.Combined with the principle of measuring the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets,a test platform for the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets was designed and built,and the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets were tested,laying a foundation for the analysis of the motor performance in a hyper-gravity environment.Thirdly,an induction motor which is suitable for hyper-gravity environment is designed.Through simulation analysis,the internal magnetic field and stress field distribution of the induction motor in a hyper-gravity environment are obtained.Based on the above analysis,the block physical structure of the induction motor is established.A trinomial variable-coefficient iron loss model of Induction motor in a hyper-gravity environment is established,considering the influence of magnetic field and stress field.Finally,through simulation analysis,various performance indicators of the induction motor in a hyper-gravity environment are obtained.The performance indicators of the induction motor under three different gravitational acceleration environments are compared,and their differences are analyzed.The conclusion that the torque performance of the induction motor under the hyper-gravity environment does not change much,but the iron loss will be reduced,and it also verifies the importance of considering various physical fields to accurately analyze the motor performance. |
