Permanent Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM)has the advantages of high thrust density,high precision,high acceleration and fast dynamic response due to the reduction of intermediate transmission links(such as screw rods,gears and conveyor belts).It has been widely used in high-precision processing fields such as mechanical processing occasions,linear rail transportation drives and CNC machine tools.This paper mainly analyzes the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,from the perspectives of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor vector control,recursive least square method motor parameter online identification,sliding mode control and back-EMF correction speed sensorless operation method,etc..First introduce PMLSM and its control algorithm.By deriving the mathematical model of PMLSM in the rotating coordinate system,the coupling term in the voltage equation of the motor is analyzed and the existing problems are solved.The PMLSM vector control simulation model is built in Matlab,and a 400 W power experiment is carried out.The platform is verified by experiments,and the results show the correctness of the built model and control strategy.Because of PMLSM is widely used in high-precision fields,the accuracy of PMLSM parameters has a vital impact on the realization of high-performance system work,so the paper conducts identification research on motor parameters.This paper uses the recursive least squares algorithm,the second-order Butterworth digital filter and the improved Euler method to process the collected signals to realize the online identification of PMLSM parameters.Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of this method.Secondly,the position sensorless control of PMLSM is studied.The system adopts sliding mode control and back-EMF correction methods to control respectively.The sliding mode control and back-EMF correction methods are deduced to realize the process of motor speed and angle estimation.The simulation and experimental results show Both sliding mode control and back-EMF correction methods can track motor speed and position well.Finally,the simulation and experimental results of PMLSM from vector control,recursive least square method motor parameter online identification,sliding mode control and back-EMF correction speed sensorless operation method are analyzed and summarized.
