The world energy crisis and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent.The transformation of energy strategy has become the focus of development in the world,prompting China’s automobile industry to accelerate the pace of energy transformation.As a big producer of new energy vehicles in the world,China’s new energy vehicle enterprises are gradually opening up overseas markets.As a well-known brand of new energy vehicles in China,company B occupies a large market share of new energy vehicles,but at the same time,there are also many problems,such as the increase of market competitors and high investment costs.In the face of many risks,company B must build an enterprise performance evaluation system with the characteristics of new energy vehicle enterprises to analyze the performance of the company and maintain the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper selects B automobile company as the analysis object,through the introduction of the company’s various operating conditions,analyzes the current situation and problems of the company’s operating performance evaluation,and finally selects the balanced scorecard method to analyze the operating performance of B company from the four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process and learning and growth,starting from the enterprise strategy.By drawing a strategic map to set up the indicators of each dimension of the Balanced Scorecard of company B,and using the analytic hierarchy process to weight the indicators,this paper compares the business data of company B from 2017 to 2019 with the industry standards to score the business performance of company B,and obtains the final evaluation results.Through the analysis of the results,we can get the problems of performance evaluation of company B and put forward some suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to improve the current situation of business performance for company B,at the same time,to provide a reference for the rest of the new energy vehicle industry to develop a sound enterprise performance evaluation system,boost the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry in the international market.
