In the context of the continuous innovation and development of the grassroots party building environment,the community party and mass service center has gradually formed a new convenient place for the community to serve the community government and residents in accordance with the requirements of the government’s work,the characteristics of the development of the times,and the comprehensive regional cultural influence.In order to better strengthen the party’s self-building,improve the party’s political leadership,and get close to the people,the emerging community party and mass service centers penetrated with the existing neighborhood offices and party building service centers in society,and developed into a kind of An architectural space with new social functions.John Portman once said: "The essence of architecture is space,and the essence of space is to serve people."
