Research On The Space Compounding Design Of The Party And Mass Service Center

This article aims to conduct an in-depth discussion and research on the main aspects of spatial composite design by investigating,combing,analyzing,and summarizing the current situation of Party and Mass Service Centers in Shenzhen and the behavior patterns of the residents served by them,furthermore proposes the strategy and development trend of spatial composite design,with a view to providing a certain theoretical support and practical reference for the design of current and future Party and Mass Service Centers.With the rapid development of society and the significant improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s needs at the material and spiritual levels are increasing.As a frontier city for reform and opening up,Shenzhen must pay more attention to the construction of public service functions and residents’ living environment.Under the policies of the Party and the promotion of urban planning,a large number of Party and Mass Service Centers have been built.However,Shenzhen is facing a bottleneck in land resources,community centers with incomplete functional space and simple design will be difficult to continue.Instead,the spatial composite mode of centralized function and shared public resource will become inevitable for Party and Mass Service Centers in Shenzhen and other economically developed cities.The spatial-compounding of Party and Mass Service Centers involves the following two aspects: First,with multiple functions integrated in one building,the building scale expands and the organization of function areas and traffic flows become more difficult,on this occasion,the compounding design of functional areas could solve above problems by construct the building into a multifunctional complex.Second,through the compounding design of space functions,Party and Mass Service Centers can achieve “single space multi-functions”,so as to improve utilization efficiency of facilities,space and land under the trend of increasingly tight resources.Based on the above understanding,this article launched a special study on the spatial composite design of Party and Mass Service Centers.Firstly,on the basis of fully investigating a number of representative Party and Mass Service Centers in Shenzhen and their users,this article analyzed and summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of the current Party and Mass Service Centers in terms of spatial integration,as well as the pattern of the residents and the demands put on the spatial composite.Secondly,with reference to domestic and foreign excellent design cases,further analysis of the spatial composite design of the party and mass service center.which mainly includes two levels: at the level of compounding design of functional areas,it involves the motivation,the hierarchical composition of functional systems,the overall layout of functional areas and the organization of traffic flow,while at the level of compounding design of space functions,it involves the motivation,patterns,flexible design and refined design.Finally,it summarizes the design strategy of Party and Mass Service Centers and looks forward to the future development trend,with a view to providing a useful reference for the design,use and related research of Party and Mass Service Centers in the future.
