Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Banking Financial Service For Construction Industry In Anhui Province

The construction industry is not only one of the pillar industries of China’s economic development,but also an important source of new drivers for economic growth.It plays an important role in increasing employment opportunities and maintaining social stability.The government has always attached great importance to the financial service work of construction enterprises.Since the COVID-19 outbreak in2020,the global economic uncertainties have increased,and the financial demand of the construction industry has intensified.Therefore,it is particularly important to deepen the financial services of the construction industry.In recent years,the Anhui provincial government departments and all kinds of financial institutions to further implement the central decision-making to deploy,comprehensive,precise,push to promote building enterprise financial service coverage and availability,to optimize the financial institutions service construction enterprise’s finance environment,increase the financial institutions service ability and level of construction enterprise.However,with the further implementation and deepening of relevant policies,some problems existing in the process of commercial banks serving construction enterprises have also begun to appear.This paper first explains the research background and significance,research contents,method and train of thought,and using literature research,through reading a large number of related literature at home and abroad,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars for financial services and the related research and theories of financial demand,collect the relevant data of the construction industry in Anhui province,analysis of Anhui construction industry development present situation and in the process of production and operation management requirements;On this basis,the paper analyzes the specific practice of commercial banks in Anhui Province to serve the construction industry,and finds out the existing deficiencies;Then,using case analysis and questionnaire investigation,with China construction bank Anhui province branch service case study of the construction industry,on November 15,2020-2020 in Anhui province on December 15,350 construction enterprises within the territory of questionnaires,the questionnaire item mainly relates to the bank of construction,Anhui financial services products used in the construction industry and evaluation of two aspects,analysis the problems in practice according to the results of the questionnaire survey and analyze the reasons,found that China construction bank Anhui province branch of the construction industry in the service process,the existing construction enterprises lack of financial services products,The marketing management mode can not meet the actual needs and the business process is complicated three aspects of the deficiencies;Finally,according to the problems found in the case analysis above,relevant financial service optimization strategies are proposed.Through this study can be found,China construction bank Anhui province branch in the financial services strategy,optimize construction industry should be comprehensive,from financial services aspects such as product pricing and risk control strategy,play the advantages of their own in terms of scale,product research and development,through continuous construction industry to provide comprehensive high-quality financial services,gradually solve the construction industry in the financial gap between supply and demand in the process of production and operation.The above research has certain guiding significance for Anhui Branch Bank of China Construction Bank to improve its financial service ability in the construction industry,and also provides a reference for other commercial banks in Anhui Province to improve and develop financial services in the construction industry.At the same time,this paper also summarizes some rules in the process of Anhui Province commercial banks serving the construction industry,and enriches the relevant theoretical methods of banking financial services in the construction industry of Anhui Province.
