| The prefabricated shear wall building is a structure system suitable for the industrialization of residential construction,which has the characteristics of quick construction,energy saving and environmental protection,low cost.With the development of "housing industrialization and building industrialization",prefabricated shear wall structure is widely used,and a variety of prefabricated shear wall structure technology has been formed.However,in the actual construction of assembly building,there will be many horizontal joints,vertical joints and joints,which will affect the overall performance of the building.This paper takes an assembly shear wall building in Huairou District of Beijing as a practical case,and installs the vibrating chord meter for long-term monitoring during the construction process,and analyzes and calculates the data.In addition,when the weather is ideal,wind speed sensor is used to collect wind speed at the construction site.By collecting wind speed of different heights,it is fitted with the variation coefficient of wind pressure height in the specification,so as to modify the change coefficient of wind pressure height in this site.Through the analysis of the data of the vibrating wire meter,the consistency of the response between the vibration chord and the wind speed is found,and the strain law of different wind levels is also explored.Because the site is far away from the school,it is often inconvenient to go to the site to measure the wind speed,so the programming language python is used for program development and script writing,and the "crawler program" can be used to collect and download weather data on the China Weather website.At present,most of the researches are mainly about the mechanical properties of the vertical reinforcement connection and the prefabricated wall panel.It is considered that the sleeve grouting connection and the slurry anchor joint are two effective connection modes,and the mechanical properties of the prefabricated wall panel can be equivalent to the cast-in-place wall.Therefore,different methods are used to calculate the internal force of the whole building.1)Under certain assumptions,the continuous beam method is used to calculate the problem by hand.2)The model is established in the finite element software SAP2000,and the wind load collected in practice is applied to the model in static and quasi dynamic modes respectively.The strain stress of the building at different floor heights is calculated under different wind speed under static load;In the simulation of quasi dynamic load,the measured wind speed is applied to the upwind surface of the building in the form of time history function.The change law of stress and strain of the monitoring point position at any time under the time history function for a period of time is obtained.The results are compared with the experimental results.In the process of using finite element software,it is found that the step of converting the collected wind speed to load is more complicated.So,the UI program(user interface)is written in Python language.In this interface,the actual measured wind speed Excel data and the humidity,air pressure and temperature data of the site can be input during the actual measurement,that is,the time history function of wind pressure can be output automatically and saved in Excel automatically.The program simplifies the above calculation to improve the efficiency of the work. |
