| The shadow screen,now called the screen,carries the rich connotation of Chinese traditional culture.It is also one of the typical representatives of traditional culture and design elements.Today,the ancient form of the screen can also become one of the important furnishings in contemporary public spaces,especially in contemporary dining spaces,it is indispensable.The history of the screen has a long history.It has gone through thousands of historical and cultural refinements in China.It has already become the epitome of history.It can be said that the screen is very symbolic of history.The shadow screen not only contains the rich historical context,but also has its rich and plastic practical value.It has become an indispensable furnishing component in the interior space design,especially in the contemporary popular dining space.Play a practical role in the space.This article takes the application of ancient screens in contemporary dining spaces as the theme,and explores the relationship between the design application scope,methods and functions of ancient screens in public dining spaces,and puts forward personal opinions and new design concepts about the current situation.Finally presented in the form of a design plan to strengthen the verification of the subject of this article.Its position and influence in the history of Chinese furniture design is indelible.In addition to the role of the screen in the division and shaping of the space,the craft patterns on the plane,such as figures,landscapes,flowers and birds,and calligraphy,can also effectively create an indoor space atmosphere and artistic conception.The main content of this article is based on the research premise of digging the profound historical culture and connotation behind the screen,using the development sequence of time as the axis,from exploring the origin,development,extension,change and other trends of the screen,and analyzing the material of the screen.Process characteristics,and ideological connotation.At the same time,through reading a large number of documents and materials,the research methods have been expanded,and the connotation and characteristics of ancient screens have been understood more deeply.Then,by enumerating cases and field investigations,we explored the current situation of the development of screens in contemporary dining spaces and summarized the design ideas and perceptions,and found out the problems existing in the design of today’s dining spaces.For example,in today’s design,on the one hand,there is the phenomenon of random stacking of traditional elements and lack of ideological connotation;On the other hand,there are also designers who are more arbitrary,and the screen style design does not match the overall space style;in addition,due to people research on the art and culture of the screen is relatively shallow,which makes the space design lack of artistic conception in creating the atmosphere.Adhering to the design concepts of human text,fusion of ancient and modern,and artistic conception,and with the idea of "taking the essence and removing the dross",the excellent design and elements of ancient screens are refined and sublimated and used in contemporary catering Space design.Finally,the thesis proposes a new design concept that integrates traditional design and modern design ideas,which combines geometric simplification,grafting,metaphor,and fusion of traditional elements and modern design techniques to design a new screen that meets the contemporary background.This not only enriches and improves the design of the dining space,but also inherits my country’s excellent traditional creation culture. |
