In recent years,as urbanization and the early development of a moderately prosperous society have progressed, urban communities have been increasingly dense, not only providing people with a living habitat, but also generating a progressive increase in community fire incidents year after year.Community fires are distinguished by evident cascading effects, increased flammable materials, and intricate electrical wiring. The relevant management departments of urban communities have progressively begun to pay attention to community fire countermeasures. However,at this time, there are only the beginnings of prevention, with no countermeasures in place for emergency rescue, prediction,or early warning. In urban settings, substantial work has not been undertaken on possible fire risk assessment and prediction,as well as early warning rescue.According to the results of the study, current research on fire risk assessment in urban communities contains less theoretical models and practical applications, and research on fire emergency rescue decisions in communities is rather shallow.Through the analysis of fire incidents in both the national and international fields in recent years based on statistics from relevant departments,we highlighted the fundamental factors which influence the fire risk in metropolitan areas after a thorough investigation.Furthermore,we used the expert survey approach to define the weight of each indicator of fire risk assessment of urban communities, and we suggested an urban community fire risk assessment model based on the weighted gray correlation analysis approach. The fire risk assessment model is translated into computer programming language, and the fire risk assessment management system in urban communities is implemented using GIS(geographic information system),which combines the model’s assessment results with the community’s geographic location and displays the assessment results in the form of thematic maps. The categorization of fire risk is displayed by showing different colors on the thematic map based on the assessment findings, and the fire risk assessment findings of urban communities are realized in a visual manner. On this basis,a GIS-based urban community fire emergency rescue decision-making system is created using GIS technique. This system can employ the Dijkstra algorithm to perform emergency decision-making functions such as picking the best alarm station from the fire and determining the best path to the police. In this research, from the theoretical perspective of fire risk assessment,a systematic investigation of urban community fire risk assessment is undertaken using gray correlation theory and the expert investigation method, and then a GIS-based urban community fire risk assessment system is built. From the practical application of emergency rescue decision,on the other hand,Dijkstra algorithm realizes the selection of the shortest path for firefighting from the practical application of emergency rescue decision, which can make firefighters and fire engines approach the fire accident premises in the shortest time.Furthermore,it has a practical application in improving urban community fire safety management, lowering urban community fire risk, and promoting urban community fire emergency rescue. |
