Immunohistochemistry(IHC)is a commonly used method for the detection of cancer cells,which has important significance for the detection and localization of cancer.At present,there are some bottlenecks in the application of immunohistochemical detection technology in China,mainly due to the lack of automation equipment and small flux,which seriously limit the development of immunohistochemical detection technology in the field of cancer cells.Immunohistochemical experiments are still carried out manually in most hospitals,which has a long time cycle,low reliability and poses a threat to the health of operators.Therefore,the automation of immunohistochemical experiments has become an important issue in the field of cancer cell detection.Based on the above problems,the purpose of this paper is to develop a set of automatic immunohistochemical detection device,aiming to complete the dewaxing,staining,redyeing,differentiation,anti-blue and other operations of cancer cell samples in a way with high staining efficiency and simple operation.This paper mainly carries out the research work from the following parts:(1)The necessity of immunohistochemical detection technology and the basic principle of immunohistochemical detection were briefly introduced.The purpose and significance of immunohistochemical research were described through the comparison of immunohistochemical detection equipment at home and abroad.(2)A design scheme of automatic immunohistochemical detection device based on embedded system is proposed,including mechanical structure part,hardware circuit part and program control strategy.The program control strategy with the hardware circuit part can ensure the normal operation of the mechanical structure part,so that the whole experiment process to achieve complete automation.(3)A human-computer interaction system with complete functions is designed.The human-computer interaction system mainly includes the communication part with the detection device,the database design part and the interface design part.The human-computer interaction system can display the running state of the equipment more intuitively,and can save the experimental data.(4)Complete the assembly of the whole dyeing device,and conduct the following tests on the dyeing device,mainly including the simulation and test of the temperature control system,EMC test results,and human-computer interaction system test,and use the device for immunohistochemical experiments,and analyze and optimize the dyeing results.The results of the automatic immunohistochemical detection device designed in this paper show that the staining test results of the detection device are relatively stable and the degree of automation is high.The number of staining groups is up to 36,and each group of samples can be heated separately,which greatly improves the detection flux.And the price of the detection device is low,the operation is simple,can achieve the desired purpose.While reducing the reagent cost,all the experimental indexes have reached the expected design goals.
