Building industrialization is the development direction of China’s construction industry.In order to adapt to the future development of construction industry,the electric power construction system has gradually adopted new technology.However,at present,the application of the prefabricated structure system in this field is very rare.In this case,it is significant to carry out in-depth theoretical and experimental research on the seismic performance of the prefabricated frame structure system in electric power industry.this thesis adopts the prefabricated technology in the main control building,which can effectively reduce the construction period and save materials.Meanwhile,it can protect the environment with obvious economic benefits.Therefore,the engineering application value is great to the research of the prefabricated technology to the reinforced concrete frame structure in main control building.the seismic simulation shaking table test and the finite element analysis are conducted on the fabricated frame structure connected with single-tooth column and dapped-end beam,and the corresponding seismic performances are studied under different seismic intensities.The main research contents are as follows:1、The quasi-static test of the single-tooth column joint model was carried out to observe the experimental phenomena,and pursue the failure mechanism of the test model as well as the connection performance of the joints.Furthermore,the testing results of the components’ hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,and carrying capacity,were analyzed to explore the seismic performance of the single-tooth column joint model and provide the basis for the joint design of the prefabricated frame structure.2、According to the design parameters and the loading information of the main control building’s prototype structure,as well as the stress characteristics and the design basis of the single-tooth column connection joint and the dapped-end beam connection joint,the existing conditions of the laboratory was synthesized to determine the model’s similarity relationship and complete the one-third scale design and the testing scheme design of the prefabricated frame test mode connected with single-tooth column and dapped-end beam.3、The seismic simulation shaking table test on the prefabricated frame structure connected with single-tooth column and dapped-end beam was carried out.Through the acceleration as well as the displacement sensors arranged in each layer of the structure in advance,the acceleration and the displacement response of the test model under three kinds of seismic waves and 41 working conditions were recorded.Before and after the loading of three kinds of seismic waves in each magnitude,the white noise frequency sweeping of the test model was carried out,then the crack development of the model structure was observed and recorded to understand the failure mechanism of the fabricated frame structure in this type under earthquake action.Through the modal analysis,the dynamic characteristics,such as the change of frequency and the stiffness,were studied.According to the test,the acceleration and displacement response of the model structure under different working conditions was measured,and compared with the current standard limits to study the seismic performance of this type of fabricated structure.4、By adopting ANSYS finite element software,the single-tooth column joint model and the dapped-end beam joint model were established,and compared with the results of same parameter cast-in-place model analysis to analyze the parameters of the single-tooth column joint model with different axial compression ratio,and study the connection performance and seismic performance of the fabricated joints in two types.the whole model of the fabricated frame structure connected with single tooth column and dapped-end beam was established in the SAP2000,and the nonlinear finite element dynamic time history analysis was carried out,which was compared with the experimental results.Among them,the stiffness equivalence of the prefabricated joint in two types was carried out according th the results of ANSYS analysis.
