In recent years,surface ships of various uses have continuously emerged,and there is a tendency to develop toward higher speeds and larger sizes.In order to meet the needs of ship development,while continuously improving the performance of the ship’s single power unit,various hybrid power units are constantly emerging.Powerful countries such as the United States,Britain,and Russia have reached a fairly mature level in the design technology and operating experience of all-combustion combined power plant systems.Various experimentally verified design guidance documents,specifications and standards are quite complete,and a complete The design and analysis system of the fuel-fuelled combined power plant system,but the technical blockade is very serious.Although domestic fuel-fired combined power units have been adopted on some ships,their technical reserves are weak.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the technical research of the full combustion combined power plant to provide technical support for the future full combustion of ships in China.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Through in-depth analysis of the development status and measurement principles of torque measurement at home and abroad,the working principle,application scope and characteristics of different torque sensors are studied,the characteristics of transient torque are initially considered,and high-sensitivity strain sensors are selected as the acquisition system.Sensor;put forward the development principles and ideas of the transient torque test system,relying on Jiangsu Donghua Technology Co.,Ltd.,developed a transient state with the characteristics of easy installation,stable measurement,fast real-time response,convenient analysis,friendly interface,good versatility,etc.The torque test and analysis system uses a standard strain gauge to verify the accuracy of the acquisition and test system;the response of the test system is analyzed by a transient torque shock test stand of a domestic research institute.(2)The working principle and characteristics of the SSS clutch,the key component of the dual-machine parallel system,were systematically studied,and the dynamic analysis models of the active part,middle part and driven part of the SSS clutch were established,and the dynamic torque transmission of the SSS clutch engagement process was derived The formula analyzes the torque transmission law during the paralleling process,initially obtains the mechanism of the system paralleling load,establishes a three-dimensional model of the relay SSS clutch,and performs dynamic simulation analysis in Adams which provides a theoretical basis for the simulation analysis of the system.(3)Based on the method of modular modeling,a simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,SSS clutch,gas turbine rotor simulation,parallel gearbox and load motor was established one by one using Matlab / Simulink simulation platform.The simulation model of the clutch was simulated and validated,and finally the system simulation model of the test bed of the dual-machine parallel car propulsion system was formed,and the parallel load of the parallel car system under the rapid parallel operation was simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that during the rapid merge process,a certain impact load will be generated in the SSS clutch,and it is related to the speed characteristics of the system during the merge process.(4)Combined with the dual-machine parallel test bench,the test conditions of the parallel test parallel were designed.Partial working conditions were tested on the simulated working conditions,and it was obtained that impact torque load will be generated during the parallel operation of the two machines,which laid a certain foundation for the special basic research of the two machines.
