Research On The Situational Design Of Urban Chinese Restaurant Catering Space

In a rapid development of urban life,Dining places have become one significant element in the life of city populations.Hence,the the expectation for dining places transform from material needs to spiritual needs.Meanwhile,the interior design of dining places is stepping in to a homogenization level.which leads to a decrease of diversities,the typical example is the high demanding Chinese restaurant.To utilize the Situational Design into the design of Chinese restaurant could accomplish the spiritual needs as mentioned above.In this essay,I am going to discuss the following questions.How to break the homogenization style in interior design,how to marketing the Chinese dining culture in interior design,and how to produce a name brand for a metropolitan.This thesis mainly carries out detailed analysis and research in the following four parts:First of all,to understand the design of existing Chinese restaurant design through a mass quantity field trips and bibliographies,as well as analysing the deficiency in the existing design and the consumer needs.Therefore I established a theoretical frame in combine of the interior design principle.Second of all,I will study the Situational Design,atmosphere aesthetic,experiencing economy,and emotional design.In order to analysis the popular design of Chinese restaurant design.Moreover,I categorized some popular formats of the interior design of Chinese restaurant.In those formats I separates two main formats,which is the cultural situation format and the natural situation format.Last but not least,through the analysis of 5 types of interior design for Chinese restaurant,I will discuss the the relative appliances.To improve the problem,in the end come up with a different Situational design measures.To analysis the importance for Situational interior design in the appliances of Chinese restaurant.I will achieve the studying goad through analysing four segments: 1,studying the relevant knowledge thoroughly to prove support for practical design.2,Setting the needs for consumer as a basis,listing the relevant Chinese restaurant interior design principle to provide reference for practical design.3,Analysing different Situational Design,studying relevent interior design examples,to come up with the effective measure to apply into the interior design for Chinese restaurant in urban area.4,Analysing Situational Design’s prospects in the utilize of Chinese restaurant interior design to contributing Chinese traditional culture.Hence,to find its place,to develop targeted strategy,to provide solid references,in the end to increase the economy growth.
