| In the contemporary development of Chinese theme restaurants,we must keep pace with the times,combine them with people's aesthetic taste,lifestyle and so on,and integrate them into a unique dining environment to meet the guests' dining experience,so as to enhance people's aesthetic feelings.Based on the interior design of the Chinese restaurant in Balingfu,Yueyang City,this paper conducts a serious on-the-spot investigation and design of the Chinese theme restaurant in combination with the local human,natural landscape and ecological resources.In the design of the Chinese restaurant in Balingfu,Yueyang City,the local cultural elements such as "the land of fish and rice","lotus flower","dragon boat culture","Dongting Lake" and "Yueyang Tower" are used to make overall decoration and space modelling.Based on the theories of human factor engineering,environmental psychology and design,the restaurant layout and design are carried out to reflect the sense of history,culture and spatial structure of the restaurant.Starting from the design concept of "people-oriented,respecting history and returning to nature",the Chinese theme dining space with Cuban mausoleum culture in Yueyang City is created.The interior design principle of Balingfu Chinese restaurant in Yueyang City is based on the function,artistry and regionality,and strives to refer to some excellent design styles of theme restaurants at home and abroad in terms of design methods,and combine with the living habits of modern people on the basis of retaining the original excellent traditional culture,so as to maintain the inheritance of Chinese historical and traditional culture.Theme restaurant is a new type of catering mode,which attracts customers with different themes and cultures and creates a catering mode through environment and dishes.In Yueyang area,a variety of catering,dazzling,so that the catering space with local characteristics has a new development here,which is also the research significance of this topic. |
