Optimal Design On Airtight Swing Door In Ap1000 Radioactive Waste Plant

AP1000 is the third generation of non active advanced PWR nuclear power plant,the design adopts the advanced non active safety design concept,in order to abnormal events or accident conditions take away heat core waste heat and containment.Security systems use the natural force such as gravity,natural circulation and energy flow.Safety of nuclear power plants can be guaranteed without external intervention by using fans,pumps,emergency generators or any other active components,and without AC power,equipment cooling water system,essential service water system or any other safety-level support system.A further optimized,so that the nuclear power plant security configuration to further improve safety performance,further optimization of power plant operation and maintainability.As the world’s first heap,in the process of building,its hard to avoid has some design flaws.A lot of these defects and need to wait until the commissioning phase can be found.Problem,this paper will research is in debugging stage,radioactive waste plant after the handover,the whole factory VRS(radioactive waste plant ventilation system)has been unable to meet the system specification requirements of "negative pressure".In order to smoothly establish negative pressure in the radioactive waste plant ventilation system,this paper studies the specification requirements,defects in the original door design,the new door design and other aspects involved in the whole course of trouble shooting and explains the cause,process and i MPact thereof.After sorting out and analyzing the characteristics of various types of doors in the AP1000 project,based on detailed and rigorous design and calculation,this paper presents a new type of manual anti-hurricane and anti-seismic steel airtight swing door for use,providing reference for the follow-up design and construction in the AP1000 project.
