The deformation of the lead wire in the bushing is a hidden danger in the normal operation of the transformer bushing.In view of the deficiency of the current bushing detection methods and the blank of the research on the deformation fault of the lead wire in the bushing at home and abroad,the ultrasonic technology is applied to the deformation fault detection of the lead wire in the bushing,and a 3D imaging system of the lead wire in the bushing based on the ultrasonic denoising is developed.The system can realize the live detection of the deformation fault of the casing lead.First of all,there are some problems existing in the routine test of casing lead deformation,such as the need of off-line detection and poor sensitivity.Therefore,a method of on-line fault location of casing lead using ultrasonic is proposed.For different transformer bushings,the positioning methods of the main body deformation and the end deformation of the bushing lead are proposed.On this basis,autocorrelation algorithm is used to extract the arrival time of echo,which improves the stability of ranging.According to the manufacturing tolerance table of the lead distance of the inspection sleeve,the lead deformation is diagnosed and the ultrasonic inspection method for the lead deformation of the sleeve is formed.This method can be used to detect the deformation fault of lead wire,and has a wide range of application.Secondly,in view of the problem that ultrasonic detection is susceptible to environmental noise interference,an ultrasonic denoising algorithm is researched.On the basis of CEEMDAN,in order to retain the effective components of high frequency components in the signal,an improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on AIWWOA is proposed.Combining the advantages of CEEMDAN and wavelet threshold denoising,an improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on CEEMDAN-AIWWOA is proposed.The ultrasonic signal can be adaptively denoised,and has strong noise suppression capabilities,effectively improving the accuracy of the ultrasonic detection method.Then,on the basis of ultrasonic testing,a hardware system for casing lead ultrasonic testing is designed and developed.According to the requirements of detection frequency and placement,the transducer was selected,the hardware circuit was designed,and the data acquisition card was selected.Finally,a casing lead ultrasonic detection hardware system was formed.The detection system can realize the penetration of the outer porcelain sleeve of the casing by the ultrasonic signal,so that the deformation of the lead wire can be charged.Finally,the software system of 3D imaging detection for casing lead is designed and developed.The software system can process the detection data of casing lead and generate 3D image of casing lead.On the basis of hardware,a 3D imaging detection system of casing lead based on ultrasonic denoising is formed.The system realizes the visual display of the deformation of the casing lead,and can provide effective help and guidance for the actual operation and maintenance work.
