A floating dock is an engineering vessel used for ship repair and construction.In this paper,the 115 m inland navigation integrated steel floating dock is taken as the research object,and the lateral strength,longitudinal strength and longitudinal water intensity of the ship are systematically studied.The specific research work of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly,this paper summarizes the history,characteristics,construction requirements and development of the floating dock by collecting data,and lists the research status of the floating dock.At the same time,it introduces the emergence and current situation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;Secondly,the application of finite element analysis method in ship structural strength analysis is introduced and summarized.The specific contents include: finite element method overview,brief introduction of MSC.PATRAN and MSC.NASTRAN software;Thirdly,according to the relevant regulations and requirements for floating docks in the Floating Shipyard Classification Rules(2009),the direct calculation method is used to verify the lateral strength of each main component.According to the calculation results of the main components,three enhancement measures to improve the lateral strength are proposed,and the optimal structural reinforcement scheme is selected by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Then,according to the relevant drawings and materials of the 115 m inland river floating dock,combined with the requirements of the Floating Shipyard Classification Rules(2009),the longitudinal strength analysis of the floating dock is carried out.Under the premise that the total longitudinal strength margin is not large,the strength margin is improved by improving the structure of the dock wall;Finally,by calculating the first and last draught,buoyancy value and floating center longitudinal coordinate value of the floating dock,it is analyzed whether the floating dock will produce a tail drop phenomenon,and then the finite element simulation software is used to directly analyze the intensity of the 115 m inland floating dock.And if the strength does not meet the requirements,the strength of the floating dock is improved by changing the structural related parameters,and the safety in the process of launching is ensured.
