Civil aircraft,as a common means of modern transportation,has always been the focus of research.And landing gear is an important part of aircraft,its work quality affects the safety of aircraft operation directly.However,at present,the design of civil aircraft landing gear is mainly focused on the local structure,mechanism,system reliability and the improvement of reliability algorithm,few attention was paid on requirements and failure avoiding conceptual design.In this case,this paper attempts to apply the method of QFD and FMEA to civil aircraft landing gear design,so as to carry out the requirements analysis and conceptual design of civil aircraft landing gear.QFD is a systematic method for product design and development.Its characteristic is that it can transform subjective customer requirements into objective product design scheme.It has made great progress in the application of new product design and existed product optimization.So far,few studies have applied QFD to aviation products,and customer requirements in aviation industry has not received the same attention as other industries.FMEA is a method to find potential failures as comprehensively as possible in the design,presenting the mechanism,frequency and influence of each failure clearly,so as to avoid failures in future use stage.It adopts different safety control measures based on the risk priority number,and has been widely applied and studied in risk assessment and prevention of aerospace,mechanical industry and other industries.In this paper,a method framework based on QFD and FMEA was built.First,QFD method is applied to analyze and transform the requirements,and Ho Q model is built to transform layer by layer to obtain the analysis results of technical characteristics and the weight and importance ranking of key parts.Then apply FMEA method to do failure analysis for civil aircraft landing gear,and optimize the risk priority number.On this basis,calculate the failure correction parameter F,introducing correction parameter F into QFD analysis results and obtain civil aircraft landing gear requirements analysis and conceptual design result,this result can meet the design requirements and security at the same time,and it is more holistic.This paper begins from the requirements and failure modes of civil aircraft landing gear.The combination of QFD and FMEA make use of complementary and similarity of the two methods,supplemented by rough number,2-tuple linguistic method and entropy weight method.This method is used in the design stage of civil aircraft landing gear research,to provide reference for landing gear design optimization and safety guarantee.
