Problems And Countermeasures Of Emergency Management Of G Highway In Sichuan Province

The expressway construction in Sichuan Province started late and developed very fast.The expressway opening mileage ranks second in the country and first in the central and western provinces.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the local socio-economic development of Sichuan on the highway and helping the task of poverty alleviation.Previously,we should also clearly see that today’s highways are closely related to economic life.Due to extensive management and poor consciousness,traffic accidents,natural disasters,collective events and other emergencies that have occurred on the Sichuan Expressway have The number,the degree of damage and the scope of influence are also increasing,which is contrary to the original intention of highway construction.If the highway business in Sichuan Province wants to be stable and far-reaching,it can do a good job of expressway emergency management.The systematic research on the expressway emergency management mechanism provides a certain intellectual support for this work.This paper uses literature research,experience summary and other methods to carry out research on the G highway in Sichuan Province.The full text first elaborates the research background and significance,introduces the research situation of relevant topics at home and abroad,discusses the main ideas,methods,research methods and technical routes and defines the concepts of expressways,expressway emergencies,and expressway emergency management,Analyzed the supporting role of 4R crisis management theory and collaborative governance theory to expressway emergency management.Secondly,it elaborated the current situation of G highway emergency management in terms of joint logistics,emergency plan,training and drills,and summarized and analyzed the problems of G highway emergency management.Finally,from the perspective of a grassroots practitioner,in view of the problems of G highway emergency management,on the basis of the beneficial experience of emergency management in developed countries,it proposes optimization countermeasures:improve the awareness of disaster prevention in the whole society and Ability,build professional teams and equipment,improve the intelligence level of information collection,circulation,and release,strengthen the participation of third-party forces,optimize interdepartment joint logistics cooperation,standardize ex-post evaluation and accountability.
