| The radioisotopes used in the diagnosis and treatment process of nuclear medicine technology will cause damage to the body, and with its increasingly extensive application in modern medicine, new radioisotopes continue to be used, the risk will increase.Nuclear medicine practitioners work in radioisotope related workplaces, and they are more affected by radiation than the general public.Good public protection is of great significance for the prevention of occupational damage. The existing research shows that it is helpful to reduce the radiation impact on the employees by doing a good job in personal protection, reducing unnecessary nuclide contact, optimizing the flow line of doctor-patient channel, optimizing the cleaning measures of the nuclear medicine ward, etc. However, the safety protection management of nuclear medicine practitioners should not be limited to the department level, but also from the perspective of the overall management of the medical institutions where they work,to develop a more powerful public protection management system. Thus, compared with the previous focus on the individual public protection of nuclear medicine practitioners, this paper focuses on the overall public protection management system of nuclear medicine practitioners.Taking the practitioners of nuclear medicine in one Chengdu third grade hospital as the research object, based on the results of personal dose monitoring and the theory of risk management, crisis management and governance, this paper considers the management deficiencies.Through investigation and analysis, there are some problems in the nuclear medicine discipline of the hospital, such as insufficient awareness of personal protection, lack of data management and insufficient implementation of the original management regulations. Some of these problems are caused by the continuous impact of the lack of historical management, and some are caused by the lack of awareness of safety protection management.By comparing and optimizing the results of individual dose monitoring projects, the effect of emergency radiation safety accident disposal, the implementation of policy optimization, and the "interactive" public protection education mode, this paper finds that when the public protection management of nuclear medicine practitioners rises to the overall safety protection management system of the hospital,it will be more effective than only focusing on individual public protection. And the establishment of such a safety system can not only affect the nuclear medicine discipline, but also affect other radiation workers in the hospital, and further affect the public protection of the public participation in nuclear medicine by the staff of the hospital.Based on this, the results of this study can be extended to other medical institutions with nuclear medicine disciplines, from individual focus to systematic focus. |
