There are massive energetic X-rays,y-rays and neutrons emission on tokamak device during fusion plasma experiment.At the same time,in long-term of the irradiation of fusion neutrons,the device and peripheral equipment structural materials were exist activation phenomenon and produce some artificial radionuclides.Applying the optically stimulated luminescence and solid nuclear track,we did the cumulative monitoring of neutron and gamma radiation dose in experimental sites which were surrounding Tokamak device hall,such as personnel entrance access,inside and outside of the screen door,peripheral diagnosis room and the main control room.Thirteen monitoring points were arranged for continuous measurement throughout years,a period of 90 days for dose tablets replacement and reading.From 2010 to 2017,there were 165 staffs who were on key positions in EAST were related to nuclear work,and a radiation dose database of the experimental sites and staff were established by using the Access software.According to the safety standards for ionizing radiation protection and radiation sources,measures of occupational health management for radioactive workers,and combined with the monitoring data.The ionizing radiation effects of surrounding environment and staff have been assessed.The monitoring points outside the installation hall and the effective dose of the workers are less than 0.5mSv after deducting natural background radiation.Satisfy the requirements of national standards for ionizing radiation protection.The present stage management regulation of radiation monitor and protection on EAST tokamak have been analysis,that is combined with the various radiation on site monitoring in device operation and the residual radioactivity after shutdown.The operation and maintenance personal radiation dose monitoring and physical examination results were considered also.According to EAST operation characteristic and the job responsibilities of experiment personal,investigation of the experiment region partition management and the personnel radioprotection classification.That can provide preliminary reference to formulate management regulation and standard of radiation protection on tokamak fusion research realm.
