| Since modern times,China has experienced a large-scale industrial construction era.With the transformation and upgrading of social production methods,a large amount of industrial heritage remains.As the process of urbanization is accelerating,how to adapt these industrial sites to the relationship between urban development and industrial sites is particularly important.In the early days of the founding of New China,China launched a far-reaching large-scale infrastructure construction "third-tier construction" in the Midwest,while Yuejin Road in Mianyang City was the cradle of the electronics industry in Southwest China during the period of the third-tier construction.Witnesses of the industrial leaps and bounds development path,a large number of third-line construction industrial sites are currently left,which is a recorded DVD of Mianyang’s citizens’ life memories,or a symbol of Mianyang’s urban cultural spirit.These industrial sites are not only memories of a specific historical period of the city,but also occupy an important position in the city.At the same time,their existence also brings a series of environmental,economic,and social problems.Through comprehensive investigation and research,this paper proposes suitable models and strategies for the renovation and regeneration of Yuejin Road Industrial Ruins blocks in Mianyang City and provides reference planning and design practices,which can provide practical reference for the development of Yuejin Road Industrial Ruins blocks in Mianyang City.It is recommended to provide reference for the reconstruction and regeneration of other industrial ruins of the same type.In this paper,firstly,by studying the relevant urban organic renewal theory,urban acupuncture theory,landscape environmental psychology,landscape urbanism,landscape ecologism and other related theories and ideas related to the protection and regeneration of industrial ruins,the characteristics of urban industrial ruins and The components of the industrial site landscape,combined with relevant case studies at home and abroad,are summarized and used as a guide for the research in this article.Secondly,through on-site investigation and research,we learned about the industrial cultural background and related development of Mianyang City,and conducted an investigation and analysis of the industrial relics status and overall environment of the Yuejin Road industrial site block in Mianyang City.,Humanities,environment,and public opinion,and conducted in-depth research and analysis on it,and reached corresponding conclusions.And on this basis,the analysis of the existing renovation design model analysis at home and abroad,combined with the status quo of the site and the investigation and research results,determine the Yuejin Road historical and cultural block transformation design model and related principles.Finally,combining the survey results to analyze its value and determine its positioning,combined with the transformation of the design model,from the aspects of cultural improvement,business renaissance,tourism development,operation,community development,industrial heritage protection and reuse,smart landscape,landscape ecological restoration,etc.The overall planning and design strategy of Yuejin Road industrial site block.In the end,combined with the above model principles and related strategies,specific planning and design practices are provided for the landscape reconstruction,restoration and reuse of Yuejin Road Industrial Ruins. |
