In recent years,earthquakes occur frequently in southwest China,and many earthquakes occur in the rural.As a typical rural building in southwest China,the wooden structure houses of piercing type have been severely damaged in the previous earthquakes.Through the investigation and summary of the earthquake damage of the wooden structure houses,it is found that the overall damage caused by the wooden structure filler wall and the damage caused by the filling wall itself are particularly prominent.With the continuous improvement of people’s living conditions,people’s demand for housing comfort is getting higher and higher,and the house with perforated wooden structure is also being constantly transformed and upgraded,thus there are different wall-filled houses with perforated wooden structure.Based on this,in order to further study the seismic performance of the wooden structure houses with different filling walls,in order to put forward reasonable reinforcement and transformation methods to increase the seismic performance of the houses,to protect people’s life and property safety.In this paper a typical Chuan Dou Shi timberwork building in southwest as the prototype,choose one of the common framework for the test model objects,the design and construction of the three common rule for half Chuan Dou Shi wooden frame test model with different filler wall(including pure Chuan Dou Shi wood frame,wall filling Chuan Dou Shi wood frame,and brick wall filling Chuan Dou Shi wood frame)low cycle loading tests are carried out,and get the stress of the specimen deformation characteristics and failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,rigidity degeneration,energy dissipation capacity,lateral frame column,such as test results,comparative analysis with different filler wall Chuan Dou Shi wooden frame structure seismic performance.The specific work is as follows:(1)Through the summary of literature and field visits,survey and mapping,the structural layout,construction technology,construction materials and types of filler walls of traditional wooden structure houses built in rural were comprehensively and detailed understood and mastered.(2)Based on the preliminary data summary and field investigation,formulate and refine the research technical route and test plan.By field investigation and research of a typical Chuan Dou Shi timberwork building as the prototype,choose one of the nature,as the object of test model,designed and built three common rule for half of the filler wall Chuan Dou Shi wood frame test model(including pure Chuan Dou Shi wood frame,wall filling Chuan Dou Shi wood frame,and brick wall filling Chuan Dou Shi wood frame).(3)To build three common Chuan Dou Shi wood of different filler wall of pseudo-static test specimens,by the experimental observation and analysis of all specimens stress deformation characteristics and failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,such as test data,study of different filler wall Chuan Dou Shi wood frame structure seismic performance,and improvement measures are put forward with the combination of the test results.(4)By comparing and analyzing the test results of each specimen,it is found that the pure perforated wood frame has a good seismic performance,but the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity are low.The filling of wooden board wall and brick wall enhances the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the perforated wood frame,especially the filling of brick wall improves the stiffness of the wood frame observably.However,in terms of energy dissipation property,the brick wall’s rigidity is large,and the addition of brick wall hinders the deformation of the frame itself.The stiffness of the slab wall is similar to that of the timber frame,and the friction between the two increases the energy dissipation capacity.In general,the addition of the filler wall increases the stiffness,ultimate bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the wood frame,which can significantly improve the seismic performance of the frame.However,the filling wall with a large difference between the filling stiffness and the stiffness of the wood frame will affect the deformation capacity of the frame,which is not conducive to the mechanical deformation of the wood frame and easy to cause damage to the wood frame.(5)By comparing and analyzing the seismic performance indexes of the wooden frames with different filling walls,it is found that the integrated seismic performance of the wooden frame filled with wooden board walls is better,but the insulation performance and durability of the wooden board walls as enclosure walls are relatively poor.For the brick wall filling with good thermal insulation performance and stability,due to the significant difference in stiffness between the brick wall and wood frame,the deformation of brick wall and wood frame is not coordinated under the action of earthquake,which affects its overall seismic performance.
