| In recent years,China has strengthened independent research and development in the bag-on-valve filling industry.It has gradually realized the automation and intelligence of bag-on-valve filling production line.The following binary filling,inflatable,sealing,capping,weighing,water bath leak detection,online inkjet printing and other links have been fully automated.Due to the characteristics of bag-on-valve,which is easy to hook and damage each other,the requirements of the valve assembly are relatively high for the machine.At present,it is still the way of manual installation valve.Its low efficiency greatly limits the working efficiency of binary filling production line.In order to ensure the whole process automation of binary filling production line,it is urgent to solve the technical problem of high-speed packing valve of bag-on-valve.Based on this background,the structural characteristics and attitude of the bag-on-valve are studied in this paper.Combined with the experiment,I put forward a reliable method of high-speed valve arranging and loading.A kind of high-speed valve arranging and loading machine with aerosol bag-on-valve was designed.And the feasibility,reliability and stability are verified by theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and prototype test.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The structural characteristics of the thin and long aerosol bag-on-valve are analyzed,and the attitude of the bag-on-valve is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the bag-on-valve,the experiments of regulating valve and loading valve are carried out,and the rotating disc type regulating valve method and the pneumatic suction loading valve method are put forward.It is used to satisfy the related actions of the high speed regulating valve and loading valve of the two-element bag valve of aerosol agent.(2)To develop a thin and long type aerosol bag-on-valve high speed valve adjusting and loading machine.In order to realize the functions of automatic feeding,handling,conveying,diverting and loading valve of thin and long aerosol bag-on-valve,this paper innovatively adopts a progressive method to complete the functions of handling valve and loading valve of aerosol bag-on-valve.Completed the innovative design of the corresponding mechanism,mainly including: feeding device,individual separation and attitude adjustment device,valve management device,valve installation device these four parts.(3)Parameterized design of key parts of high speed valve loading machine for aerosol bag-on-valve is carried out,mainly including the key parts such as rotating disc and slide rail in valve device.Finally,this paper also aimed at the valve device in the key transmission components(namely transmission gear)strength check calculation.Then,the transient dynamics analysis of the transmission gear was carried out with ANSYS Workbench to verify its contact fatigue strength.(4)The sliding process of the aerosol bag-on-valve on the rotating disc was analyzed,and the prototype of the whole machine was tested.Because the bag-on-valve falls down by gravity when it lands on the rotating disc,and because the rotating disc rotates,the dual bag valve also suffers from lateral friction.Therefore,the ADAMS dynamic analysis software is used to calculate the linear displacement in the lateral direction when the bag-on-valve falls to the bottom under different diameters of the rotating disc and rotating disc speeds.According to the simulation results,combined with the actual selection of the best rotating disc diameter and speed.Finally,the prototype is made and the prototype test is carried out to analyze the problems existing in the structural design and optimize them.The results show that the proposed method is feasible,and the developed machine is feasible,reliable and stable. |
