At present, the resources and energy consumed by the development of the construction industry are increasing year by year, and the resulting environmental problems can not be ignored. Therefore, the country actively promotes the development of green industries, and fabricated buildings meet the requirements of green building development. However,Qinghai Province is still in its infancy, and its technology and specifications are not yet mature. The development of green industries is not balanced, and the research on the environmental impact of fabricated buildings has not been in-depth.Based on the study of life cycle assessment and life cycle cost method, the existing integrated assessment model is summarized, and the integrated model of environmental impact and economic assessment of prefabricated steel structure building is constructed:(1)Selecting the midpoint environmental impact type and calculating various environmental impact emissions;(2)Determine the environmental impact in the form of pollutant discharge, and calculate the environmental cost of each environmental impact according to the environmental tax;(3)Taking a fabricated steel structure residence in Xining as the research subject, the field data are monitored and collected, and the life cycle stages are divided. The environmental impact potential, environmental cost and construction cost are calculated through the integrated evaluation model.Using SQL Server database and Visual Studio software,a life cycle assessment inventory database matched with this research case is established. The database covers the whole life cycle of prefabricated steel structures, and the interface content matches with the research methods, mainly to realize the application and promotion of the database in the region. The life cycle impact assessment parameters can be called and updated according to the further development of SQL Server database. The research shows that prefabricated steel structure buildings have the greatest environmental impact in the raw material acquisition stage, followed by the component production stage, and the construction site has the smallest environmental impact. The raw material acquisition stage mainly consumes mineral resources and fossil energy, and the prefabricated steel components production stage mainly consumes energy of workshop machinery, mainly including natural gas and electricity. The environmental impact in this stage is mainly acidification, smoke dust and photochemical smog, accounting for30%,27% and 25%.The environmental impacts during the construction stage are mainly acidification, smoke and dust and fossil energy consumption, accounting for 35%,31% and 17%,and the total environmental cost per unit building area is 55.39 yuan. The research results provide a basis for the construction enterprises to reduce pollution and cost, enrich the environmental impact inventory data of regional prefabricated buildings, and provide a theoretical basis for regional building development policies.
