Nowadays,it has become a trend for medical equipment to use wireless communication technology to transmit data.The wireless transmission of B-ultrasound image data is also a new development direction.After using wireless transmission,the mobility of B-ultrasound equipment and the convenience of doctors’ operation are greatly improved.Remote diagnosis provides a new way of diagnosis for the lack of medical resources,which is of great significance for the timely diagnosis of diseases.Based on this,the research contents of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly,four wireless communication technologies,including the fifth generation mobile communication,Bluetooth,ultra bandwidth and Wi-Fi,are compared and analyzed from four aspects of wireless spectrum,main application scenarios,transmission rate,distance and power consumption.Finally,Wi-Fi is selected as the wireless communication technology for B-ultrasound video transmission.Secondly,in order to collect B-ultrasound video images,the system designs a core board with S5P6818 as the processor,selects AP6356 s as the wireless transmission module,TVP5151 as the video acquisition module,and designs acquisition,transmission and other auxiliary debugging circuits to convert the analog signal output by ultrasonic diagnosis equipment into digital signal,And wireless transmission to the remote server in the form of video stream.The design of this system is based on B /The remote diagnosis Web terminal based on S architecture enables doctors to diagnose the transmitted B-ultrasound video in real time and give the diagnosis results.At the same time,it can answer some questions of patients about the disease.The patients can view the diagnosis results of their own B-ultrasound images and videos,and can ask questions to the doctors where they have questions,which is helpful for the patients to understand and grasp the condition.At the same time,the patients can download the B-ultrasound images and videos and print out the diagnosis results,which is convenient for future follow-up visits.Finally,the whole circuit and the detailed functions of remote diagnosis Web terminal are tested.Through testing,the system achieves the requirements of Bultrasound video wireless transmission rate,and the remote diagnosis function also meets the initial design requirements.
