China’s urbanization process in recent 20 years includes the rapid development of the real estate industry and the large-scale city building movement.And the landscape industry is mainly concentrated in the real estate industry park green garden construction project and the city building movement of municipal landscape engineering.With the cooling down of "housing without speculation" and "city building movement" of the government,the landscape engineering industry has entered a stage of rational development.The core competitiveness of industry enterprises is gradually transformed into cost control and engineering quality.How to carry out effective cost control on the premise of meeting the requirements of project quality is particularly important for the survival and development of landscape engineering enterprises.This paper takes the X project of EQ landscaping company as the actual research case,through the theoretical review,interview method,cost responsibility cost analysis method,on-site observation method and experience summary method,carries on the tracking analysis and summary of the whole process of the case.So as to summarize and summarize the problems existing in the cost control of X project of EQ landscaping company,and sort out and analyze the deep-seated causes of the problems.Combined with the relevant theoretical basis and engineering practice experience,this paper puts forward the targeted solutions and the guarantee measures to ensure that the solutions can be effectively implemented.Based on the enterprise management quota,accurately calculate the target cost.To improve the accurate assessment index system to ensure that the target cost can be implemented and assessed,and to ensure the implementation of the assessment results and the embodiment of the responsibility system with appropriate bonus system.At the same time,it provides a quantitative manual process management tool for project managers to implement the project cost control system,which is based on the simplified internal control process of target cost and the accounting basis of enterprise management quota.Through the data accumulation of simple and efficient operation of the management system,the content of enterprise management quota elements is reasonably optimized to ensure the further accuracy and optimization of the assessment.Supplemented by a sound talent selection,education,utilization and retention mechanism and a constantly improved project manager competency model,to ensure that talents use the appropriate tools,system and system to ensure that EQ landscaping company achieves a new high level of project cost control,adapts to the new situation of the industry and meets the new requirements of the industry’s survival and development.At the same time,it also provides a certain degree of practical reference and theoretical exploration for the cost management of similar landscape industry enterprises.
