Research On Demand Change Management Of Service Information System Project In Company A

The development of information system also belongs to the development of software projects.In the process of it,software requirements are the most important part of software engineering projects.In the process of it,good demand management based on demand engineering theory helps to balance the progress,quality and cost of the project.With the passage of time,the increase of user demand and the growth of user data,the original automobile after-sales information system of a car company cannot meet the customer ’ s use in data storage and function.Company A contracted the project of upgrading the automobile after-sales information system.The main content of the project has two parts,historical data migration and function development.In the development of new automotive after-sales information system projects,demand change has always been running through the software project.The data and functional requirements of the project revolve around the seven main modules of the information system.Due to insufficient definition of previous requirements,demand change is frequent,which further brings problems such as project quality reduction,schedule lag,lack of manpower and cost rise.In this context,there are more and more backlog demand for change.By analyzing the problems currently encountered in the project,it is the main research direction of this paper to improve the existing demand change management mode so that the project can be completed more efficiently and smoothly.This thesis mainly discusses the management of demand change in the category of demand management.Through the analysis of the existing requirements change management methods and processes from seven aspects: change content,change reason,change baseline,change time,change stakeholders,change cost and change process.By increasing the authority of requirement change application,the quality of requirement change content can be controlled from the source.Improve requirement change management process through requirement change control theory.Add requirement management document to track requirement change.Improve the baseline management of the project.Set up requirement change committee.Finally,the implementation effect of the scheme is further verified.
