The arrival of the Industry 4.0 era has promoted significant development in the industrial Internet field,and the amount of data transmission between industrial field devices and cloud servers has increased dramatically.The mode of placing all data in the cloud center for processing cannot meet the real-time requirements.In order to solve the above problems,the edge computing model is applied to the industrial Internet field,and the data processing center is decentralized from the cloud to the edge of the industrial Internet.This paper proposes an electric boiler control system based on edge computing,and uses the edge controller as an edge computing node in the industrial Internet system to better provide real-time data services.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:First,the research background and significance of the subject are discussed,and the development status of edge computing in the industrial field and the development process of boiler control technology are analyzed.The paper divides the electric boiler system based on edge computing into field equipment layer,edge service layer and cloud service layer,and introduces the logic function and MQTT protocol of each layer in detail.Then conduct a complete analysis of the heating process,and select the PAG310 controller as the edge controller,which belongs to the edge control system,and the PAG313 as the building controller,which belongs to the traditional control system.The two network ports of the edge controller realize cloud-side communication through the MQTT protocol,and the other connects the traditional control network through the industrial Ethernet ModbusTCP protocol to realize the construction of a distributed control system.The thesis completes the preparation of the edge controller and the building controller PLC program,realizes the data collection of the heating system equipment operation process and the formulation of specific control strategies,and ensures the stable operation of the heating system.Then introduce the function division and development process of edge server software.The edge server software is deployed at the edge of the network and undertakes local data processing.It consists of a PLC communication module,a data processing module and an MQTT communication configuration module.Among them,the PLC communication module realizes the communication between the edge server and the edge controller based on Socket;the data processing module can realize data reading and data writing,including real-time data monitoring,historical data table display,working hours writing and temperature control;MQTT The parameter configuration module configures specific communication parameters to realize the communication between the edge controller and the cloud.Finally,realize the interconnection between the edge controller device and Alibaba Cloud.After the device completes the cloud certification,the Web visual monitoring interface is developed on the Alibaba Cloud Internet of Things platform to realize the remote monitoring of the device.A cloud-side collaborative industrial Internet system is constructed,which has important research value for the exploration of practical applications of edge computing in the industrial Internet field.
