In recent years,with the continuous development of industrial revolution and energy revolution,the production and life of society are more and more inseparable from electricity,the power grid structure is more and more huge,and the transmission of electricity is more and more,especially the promotion of energy revolution of electricity marketization and re electrification,the popularization of electric vehicles,the access of distributed new energy,the development of smart micro grid,the distribution network is becoming more and more complex With the characteristics of "source" and "mass equipment",the configuration of power distribution equipment has changed greatly and the level of intelligence is constantly improving.The current equipment maintenance management mode can not meet the needs.Since the 13 th five year plan,China Southern Power Grid Corporation has proposed to integrate lean management into the production and operation of the company.TPM theory has been gradually applied to the operation and maintenance management of power grid equipment,aiming to improve the operation status and operation and maintenance efficiency of equipment and better adapt to the requirements of enterprise development.In this paper,the distribution network equipment as the center,from the goal of reducing the duration of power failure,to optimize the operation and maintenance mode of distribution network equipment as the direction,combined with the background of cloud computing system transformation of power grid enterprises,carry out the research of TPM promotion activities of operation and maintenance mode of distribution network equipment.It mainly includes:studying the key factors to reduce the time of power failure,analyzing the existing problems of operation and maintenance management of distribution network equipment in F Power Supply Bureau,using fishbone diagram method,Pareto Diagram Method and butterfly diagram correlation method to analyze the problems and find out the bottleneck of equipment operation and maintenance management.On this basis,combined with the system structure of the whole step-by-step cloud computing transformation of power grid enterprises,the intelligent technology is applied to the equipment operation and maintenance management to optimize the use of TPM theory in the operation and maintenance management of distribution network equipment,forming an online equipment management mode,getting rid of the traditional periodic and planned equipment management mode,and realizing the active and predictive dimension of post maintenance and stress maintenance Nursing development,from fault alarm to intelligent perception.
