Fishery administration vessels,that is,fishery protection vessels,are used to deal with disputes in fishery production operations,protect the water environment,prevent illegal discharge of oil and other harmful substances,and implement national fishery-related laws and regulations.They are also used to protect national fishery-related rights,interests and monitor the status of implementation of international fisheries agreements.Some fishery administration vessels are used to issue fishing conditions,meteorological bulletins,fishery production command,and shipwreck rescue and medical tasks.Foreign fishing boats in the Xisha and Nansha waters have been increasing year by year.The territorial sovereignty of the Diaoyu Islands has been provoked frequently,which has seriously violated the lives and property security of Chinese fishermen and the national maritime and territorial sovereignty.China sent the fishery administration ship to swear sovereignty.In the process of law enforcement of fishery administration vessels,fierce disputes such as collisions often occur.Therefore,it is necessary to study the anti-collision performance of fishery administration vessels.This paper uses CATIA to model the structure of fishery administration ship and tanker according to the basic structure diagram and profile diagram of fishery administration ship and tanker.In this paper,various typical collision scenarios in ship collision accidents are presented,and the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the structural damage of fishery administration ship and large merchant ship in various typical collision scenarios with synchronous damage method.The response of fishery administration ship to the change of collision parameters,such as ship speed and collision position,is studied.Through analyzing the impact force,stress,strain,energy transformation and damage deformation of the hull after collision,the anti-collision performance of the fishery administration ship structure is comprehensively evaluated.In this paper,the structural crashworthiness design of fishery administration ship is carried out according to the weak parts proposed in the evaluation of the structural crashworthiness performance.The traditional methods of ship crashproof structure design are to increase the thickness of the outer plate in the weak part,increase the strength of the structural parts,set up the double side,add the arc panel between the double side,fill the liquid and so on.These methods will greatly increase the draft of the ship,in the practical and economic aspects of the effect is limited.In this paper,a new type of composite material GFRP is introduced to design the ship hull’s crashworthiness structure.The GFRP constitutive model of anisotropic composite materials was studied by using the Hashin criterion built into ABAQUS,and two new honeycomb structures of GFRP materials were proposed for the design of crashworthiness structures using the cell structure as the optimization variable.Experiments were designed to simulate the weak parts of the hull,and the anti-impact performance of two new honeycomb structure materials was compared.The best crash-resistant honeycomb structure was selected and applied to the weak parts of the fishery administration ship.In this paper,the impact resistance of the optimized hull is simulated and the impact resistance of the optimized hull is evaluated.It is found that the honeycomb structure made of GFRP material has good impact resistance.
