Research On Design Of Theme Restaurant Based On Cultural Inheritance And Dissemination

Shanxi has an advantageous geographical location in the Yellow River Basin and densely populated people.In the past five thousand years,it has nurtured a large number of characteristic cultures.Among them,Fen Liquor culture stands out among the many cultures in Shanxi by virtue of its continuity and tolerance.It is the epitome of the entire Shanxi history and runs through all aspects of people’s lives.Through the research of Wenfen wine culture,it is the purpose of this article to put the excellent Shanxi culture into the interior design,so that the culture can be better inherited and spread.At the same time,using the uniqueness and sociality of culture itself also makes the manifestations of architecture and interior design diversified.After field research,it is found that current theme restaurants generally have unclear themes,inaccurate positioning,and in-depth understanding of themes,which leads to the problem of one-sided restaurant theme culture.After analyzing the above problems,it can be seen that if the theme restaurant wants to develop better,it must first fully understand the culture and the restaurant closely integrates the theme.Secondly,dig deep into cultural themes to enrich the restaurant’s characteristics.According to the above two solutions,the article takes the development history of Xinghuacun Fen Liquor as the object of cultural research,from the six thousand years of brewing history of Fen Liquor,the fame history of fifteen hundred years,the history of distillation of one thousand three hundred years,and three hundred years.The brand history of the year and the social mission of Fen Liquor’s existence are summarized in four aspects.The taste and craftsmanship of Fen Liquor and the etiquette,poems,calligraphy,music and other elements derived behind it are designed and translated into the architectural environment,spatial layout,facade decoration,material colors and soft fittings of the space.Practical application in the space design of Huacun Restaurant.
