The reform of state-owned enterprises is a grand strategic task,which involves the relationship between government and enterprises,property rights,governance structure,organizational structure,human resource management and other aspects.Here,the author could do a little preliminary research from the aspect of human resource management related to his major.Among them,Compensation Management is an important part of human resource management,so this thesis intends to start from the problems existing in the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province,hoping to find some defects and deficiencies in the compensation system of our state-owned enterprises,and make some preliminary exploration within my ability.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.If an enterprise wants to survive,it must constantly improve its competitiveness,and the importance of the compensation system also appears.Scientific compensation system can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,but also reduce the human cost of enterprises,which is conducive to enterprises to obtain good economic benefits.This thesis studies the problems and reasons in the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province,and further extends to the defects and deficiencies of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises in China.Establish a set of scientific and perfect compensation system,effectively resolve the contradictions existing in the work of state-owned enterprises,and promote the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in China.This thesis mainly includes four parts.The first part is the compensation system of state-owned enterprises.This part makes a detailed analysis of compensation and compensation system,and clarifies that compensation is an important part of compensation system.It also summarizes the characteristics of state-owned enterprise compensation system,finds the theoretical basis of compensation system,and provide theoretical guarantee for the follow-up analysis.The second part is the current situation of the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province.Through the form of questionnaire,the data are screened and counted to form an intuitive chart.This part analyzes the basic situation of the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province,and expounds the existing compensation system of the enterprise,as well as the assessment institution,relevant policies and system construction of the state-owned enterprise in the compensation system.The third part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province.It is not difficult to find out the problems of the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise from the investigation and research results of a certain enterprise in Shanxi Province,and to study the reasons.The fourth part is to improve the compensation system of state-owned enterprises in China.Compared with the shortcomings of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises in China,this part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the compensation system of state-owned enterprises.Refer to the domestic experts on the compensation system countermeasures and suggestions,this thesis is based on the analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province.Based on the analysis of the compensation satisfaction,welfare policy,reward and punishment standard of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province in recent years,this thesis analyzes the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise,it is found that the reasons for the problems in the compensation system of state-owned enterprises lie in the existence of the traditional economic system,the lack of top-level planning of the leadership,the frequent replacement of the leadership,the lack of management experience and professional talents,and the disconnection between the enterprise operation and the market.In order to effectively solve the problem that the compensation system restricts the development of state-owned enterprises,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to establish a reasonable compensation system,change the concept of distribution,establish and improve the compensation system,and do a good job in market integration.It is necessary to realize the institutionalization and systematization of the management ability of state-owned enterprises,and establish a scientific and reasonable compensation system to adapt to the development of market economy and China’s national conditions.This study aims at the current situation of a state-owned compensation system in Shanxi Province.Starting from the analysis of the causes of compensation system problems,this thesis reviews the performance of the compensation system of a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province.Through a state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province as the sample enterprise of empirical research,and the form of questionnaire,it understand the implementation progress of the current compensation system and the compensation status of state-owned enterprise staff.Combined with the results of the sample state-owned enterprises’ compensation measures,this thesis explores the problems existing in the current state-owned enterprises’ compensation system.This thesis discusses the key points of the current compensation system reform of state-owned enterprises in China,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises in China.Lay a solid foundation for the reform and development of China’s state-owned enterprises.
