A Study On The Protection And Renewal Of Jimo Phoenix Village From The Perspective Of Spatial Image

Traditional villages carry my country’s agricultural civilization for thousands of years and have profound cultural heritage.With the development of social economy and the advancement of urbanization,traditional villages are facing the dilemma of rapid disappearance.In the past ten years,the protection of traditional villages has received the attention of the government and all walks of life.The protection work has made some progress,but it still faces two main problems: first,it only pays attention to the village style and ignores the shallow protection of cultural connotations.,Resulting in the gradual loss of cultural heritage of traditional villages;second,the pursuit of interests and over-exploitation have caused destructive protection of the villages,leading to the gradual loss of development vitality and uniqueness of the villages,and the phenomenon of village styles becoming assimilated.This article takes Phoenix Village in Jimo District,Qingdao City as the research object,and establishes the connection between spatial imagery and traditional village protection.Traditional village culture can be inherited and carried forward through spatial image elements.The recognizable imagery gives the village new development vitality.Through the operating mechanism between the two,to solve the current lack of cultural connotation of traditional villages and the convergence of styles.First,based on the theory of spatial imagery,the article analyzes three different types of traditional village protection cases in Gasshang Village in Shirakawa Township,Jinggang Ancient Town in Hunan,and Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province.The four aspects of authenticity preservation and diversified development are analyzed,and the protection principles and development strategies of traditional villages from the perspective of spatial image are summarized,and they are researched and applied in the protection and renewal of Fenghuang Village.Secondly,based on the internal connection between spatial imagery,psychological perception and behavioral activities,this article aims to reshape and strengthen the image elements of the village,using a variety of research methods such as historical data collection method,field research method,resident interview and questionnaire survey.In combination,the villagers’ perception and evaluation of the image of the village in Fenghuang Village are obtained,and the spatial image elements of the village are extracted based on the basic research data,and the spatial image elements are divided into three levels of vision,behavior perception,and social culture for detailed analysis,and further summarized The principle of integrity of image protection of traditional villages,the principle of sustainability of image,the principle of authenticity of spatial image,the principle of diversification of development approaches,etc.Finally,on the basis of the protection principle,the protection and renewal strategy of Jimo Phoenix Village from the perspective of spatial image is proposed,which is summarized as the construction of a multi-party supervision and protection system,the dynamic continuation of the village image elements,the reconstruction and return of the village image,and the establishment of a multi-dimensional and diverse development approach.,To provide guidance for the protection and renewal of Jimo Phoenix Village,and to provide reference for the protection and research of traditional villages under the theory of spatial image in the future.
