Research On Planning And Planning Of Development-oriented Cultural Tourism Characteristic Towns

As the construction of characteristic towns in my country gradually enters a stage of calm and stable development,and the concept of cultural and tourism integration and global tourism is proposed,the future of characteristic towns will usher in more challenges.Cultural tourism characteristic towns are one type of characteristic towns,and their main industry is tourism.Development-oriented cultural tourism towns refer to cultural tourism towns that rely on the benefits of the combined development of tourism real estate and characteristic towns,which are different from traditional residential towns that have not been developed or transformed by commercial development.Although the country is increasing its efforts to promote the healthy development of characteristic towns,the current construction of cultural and tourism characteristic towns still has problems such as serious real estate trends,unclear industries,or unclear characteristics.Therefore,this article takes several developing cultural tourism characteristic towns as the research objects,and analyzes and researches the planning methods,planning and architectural design methods of the towns through field surveys,questionnaire interviews,and conclusions.Try to find a planning and design method that can balance the relationship between residents and tourists while maintaining the sustainable development of tourism in the town.This paper investigates and summarizes the status quo of development-oriented cultural tourism characteristic towns,analyzes the planning and design ideas behind it,and summarizes the characteristics of development-oriented cultural tourism characteristic towns.Starting with planning influencing factors such as geographic resources,cultural resources,transportation location,market customer groups,and operating modes,analyze the influence and relationship of different influencing factors in different cases.From the five perspectives of resource analysis,project positioning,tourism project design,functional business format planning,and operation management mode,a practical planning method is proposed.From the scale and scope,spatial structure,theme planning and functional zoning,transportation and infrastructure construction,cultural tourism projects and tour route design and other factors affecting the planning and design of the town development,the planning and design methods of the town are summarized.Analyze the five factors of space texture,courtyard layout,skyline outline,architectural color and architectural style,and summarize the corresponding architectural design strategy.And use the practical case of Taishun Tongling Town to demonstrate the planning,planning and architectural design methods mentioned in the article.Starting from practice,this article analyzes and researches two types of towns,completely new development and conservation renovation and development,to get different planning methods based on the analysis and research of specific cases and the design participation of actual projects.In terms of planning,compare and analyze the planning and design strategies of small towns with integrated,mosaic,and distance spatial structures;analyze the characteristics of the town’s architectural design from the three aspects of human factors,project subjects,and environmental factors,and propose three different design perspectives:regionality,authenticity,and theme,hoping to provide some suggestions and new ideas for future research in related fields.
