Hydropower is a clean energy.China has abundant hydropower resources.In order to develop and use abundant power resources,pumped storage power stations can effectively use water resources,convert water resources into power resources,and are environmentally friendly and economical.With the development of finite element technology,the application of finite element analysis technology to the simulation calculation of hydropower plants has been very extensive in the design and research stage of hydropower plants.Software such as ANSYS is widely used in China to simulate and analyze the structure of hydropower plants.Although finite element modeling has been very common,the plant structure is a spatial composite structure,with many types of components and large differences in the size of different parts.The use of different element types will lead to differences in calculation results,and there are uncertainties and difficulties in selection.At present,there are few researches on the precise modeling of the factory building model,which will have an impact on the subsequent load application and solution.This article uses this as a background to analyze the powerhouse of a hydropower station.The main research contents include:Aiming at the element connection problems with different degrees of freedom in the plant structure,four groups of twelve schemes have been established to study and analyze the common nodes,constraint equations and different key options of MPC.Three methods to deal with the different connection problems of the elements are analyzed from the results of displacement and natural frequency.The effectiveness of the method lays a foundation for the establishment of a model of the plant structure.Secondly,according to the actual structural size of the pumped storage power station project,set up different sizes of slab-beam-column models,study and analyze the relationship between the type of finite element element and the size of the grid from the aspects of displacement and natural frequency,and conclude that the selection of different components is the most appropriate The finite element element and grid size of,provide a reference for the use of uniform standard element types and grid sizes for similar components or structures,so as to improve the comparability of engineering calculation results.At the same time,the multi-scale modeling method is adopted for the floor slab of the hydropower plant to analyze the impact of the local unit difference between the generator floor and the busbar floor on the structural natural vibration characteristics,and increase the accuracy of the modeling of the hydropower plant.It is also a numerical value for the large hydropower plant.Simulation provides new ideas.
