The wind turbine gearbox is the core transmission component of the wind turbine.With the rapid increase in installed capacity of wind power,the demand for fault early warning and diagnosis system of wind power gear box is more and more urgent in each wind filed.It can effectively maintain the safe and reliable operation of the wind power gear box.But the fault warning and diagnosis method of the gear box seriously affect the real-time performance of the system monitoring,the efficiency of the early warning and the accuracy of the diagnosis.It is very necessary to carry out in-depth study on this.The paper first analyzed the structure and the future mechanism of the wind power gear box,and sumed up the calculation method of the fault characteristic frequency,which paved the necessary foundation for the study of the fault early warning and diagnosis method of the gear box.Aiming at the condition monitoring and fault early warning and gearboxes,time domain indicators were used as monitoring objects to replace traditional peak monitoring.By introduced the measurement and assessment criteria of the radial vibration of rotating mechinery shaft,the alarm thresholds of time domain indicators were reasonabley set to realize the function of fault early warning.And through examples to verify the feasibility of the state monitoring and fault early warning method proposed in the this paper.For the problem of fault diagnosis of gearbox,it is divided into two parts: fault feature extraction and fault diagnosis model construction.Firstly,the wavelet packet transform used to decompose the vibration signal,and the information entropy is ued to measure the uncertainty of the frequency band signal.The two method were combined to effectively extract the fault features of tje gearbox.Then machine learning algorithm was introduced to construct the fault diagnosis mode and the fault feature was used as the input data.In order to verify the effect of the kemel parameters on the accuracy of the fault diagnosis model,the support vector machine model of the default kernel parameters and the support vector machine model after the parameters were searched through the grid search are respectively set up,and the fault database was established.Compared with the diagnostic results of the test data,the fault diagnosis model was constructed by using the kernel parameter optimization support vector machine with higher fault diagnosis rate.The fault diagnosis model was verified by an example to verify the method.On the basis of the forewarning and diagnosis method of the gear box fault proposed above,by analyzed the target object demand and combined the modular design idea,the MATLAB/GUI software was used to design the fault early warning system of the wind power gear box.The system is efficient and reliable,simple and intuitive,and can build a more comprehensive fault base by learning new fault features.Finally,the data of the gear box test table was used.The work process of fault early warning and diagnosis system was verified and evaluated in this paper.Through the research on the fault early warning and fault diagnosis method of the wind power gear box and the design of the system,this paper can provide a set of fault warning and diagnosis system with high timeliness and accurate fault diagnosis for the wind field.
