The hydraulic activity dam is a new type of dam developed in China in recent years and it is a leading hydraulic science and technology at home and abroad.Activity Dam has already had many successful project cases in Shaanxi Province,Qinghai Province and Shandong Province.Its dam surface can be designed into various forms such as arc,wing shape and flat plate shape.The market prospect is broad.There are few studies on active dams,and all aspects are in the exploration phase.This paper takes the Laojunshan hydraulic dam project in Luonan County as the research object,and uses finite element software to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the arched hydraulic movable dam and the structural optimization design.The main research contents are as follows:This paper introduces the project overview,layout principles,working principles,and stress characteristics of Laojunshan hydraulic dam project in Luonan County,and provides a theoretical basis for the research of this type of hydraulic activity dam.The wing-shaped hydraulic movable dam model was established by ANSYS finite element software.The results of the analysis were compared with the results of the hydraulic cylinder parameters provided by the commissioner to verify the correctness of the finite element model.Based on the static analysis of the Laojunshan hydraulic activity dam in Luonan County,combined with the force diagram of the active dam,the design idea of the arc-shaped hydraulic activity dam is proposed,and the structural optimization design of the arc-shaped hydraulic activity dam is carried out.The paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis and mathematical calculation respectively,and it optimizes the hydraulic dam from the three aspects of dam surface form,horizontal beam section form,and section thickness of each component.It has achieved good results and has not only saved the use of The amount of steel also improves the stress performance of the dam.On the basis of static optimization,the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic hydraulic dam with fluid-structure interaction are considered.It is found that the depth of the dam,the length of the water in front of the dam,the angle of the dam surface,and the support angle of the hydraulic rod can all affect the hydraulic pressure.The natural vibration frequency of the active dam,under normal operating conditions,was optimized twice for the natural vibration frequency of the hydraulic activity.The angle of the hydraulic support rod was optimized for the first time.The second optimization was performed using the zero-order optimization method with frequency as The objective function optimizes the activity dam,ultimately making the natural frequency of the arc-shaped hydraulic activity dam far away from the high-energy pulsation frequency region of the water flow,effectively reducing the possibility that the hydraulic activity dam will resonate with the water flow during the working process.Finally,After optimizing the natural vibration frequency of the arc-shaped hydraulic activity dam,the mechanical performance of the structure under static force may be affected.Therefore,the static characteristics of the arc-shaped hydraulic activity dam are checked at the end of the paper to ensure the The static and dynamic safety of the hydraulic activity dam during its operation.
