The proposal of "One Belt And One Road" brings new opportunities to the development of ports,and also makes ports face greater competition and challenges.With the rapid development of the container transportation industry and the deepening of containerization,the throughput of port container cargo is increasing day by day,more than 80% of the global cargo volume is undertaken by container transportation.As the most essential part of a port,the operation efficiency of a terminal has a direct impact on the service level of a port.How to improve the operation efficiency and cope with the increasing container throughput while taking into account the limited resources is an urgent problem for a terminal.Container truck is the most important horizontal transportation equipment in terminal,and its operation efficiency affects the operation efficiency of the whole terminal.To a certain extent,the operation pressure of the terminal can be relieved by the integration of the card resources of the adjacent terminals and the increase of cost and the waste of resources caused by the excessive allocation of the truck resources can be avoided.Due to the influence of internal and external environment,there are some uncertain factors in the inter terminal scheduling problem.In order to be closer to the actual problem,this paper considers the two uncertain factors of truck demand and travel time in the scheduling problem,and takes into account multiple objectives.A multi-objective programming model is established under different decisionmaking environments,and a numerical example is given to solve the problem.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)Considering that the demand and travel time of container trucks are uncertain parameters in the inter terminal container truck scheduling problem,the uncertain parameters are described as fuzzy numbers according to their properties,and the inter terminal container truck scheduling model with the objective of minimizing total working time and carbon emission is established.(2)Considering the influence of timeliness on inter terminal container truck scheduling problem,a container truck scheduling model considering time satisfaction is established under uncertain environment.Time satisfaction is transformed into time penalty cost function,and the existing penalty cost function is improved to make it more suitable for the scheduling problem in this paper.(3)To solve the model,the model with fuzzy number is further transformed into a fuzzy chance-constrained programming based on credibility measure,then the fuzzy chanceconstrained programming is clarified and transformed into a multi-objective linear programming model.For the multi-objective processing,the multi-objective fuzzy programming method is selected to transform the multi-objective model,and two processing methods,namely the maximum fuzzy decision and the convex fuzzy decision,are chosen to solve the multi-objective model.For the two internal container truck scheduling models,different scheduling schemes are presented under the condition of seeking the equilibrium solution and the preferred solution.
