At present,the yard project construction organization management faces many problems,in the limited construction space,caused by construction management confusion and backward management means more professional cross construction resource waste and delays,and the benign development of such projects in the construction and project benefits to ascend,and more professional cross construction renewable resources management as the core of project management,The effectiveness and scientificity of its management is directly related to the success or failure of the organization and management of multi-specialty cross construction.Therefore,starting from the perspective of renewable resource allocation,this paper takes the research face resources as the leading influcence factor,establishes the ant colony optimization model or multi-specialty cross-construction,and develops the multi-specialty cross-organization optimization system platform based on MATLAB platform.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)To identify the main factors influencing the more professional cross construction organization and management,based on field investigation,literature,and the characteristics of the yard project study,the results show that coal resources is the key factor restricting the construction organization management,is leading to chaos for cross construction organization management,project delays and increased costs.(2)In order to solve the problem or multi-disciplinary cross construction orrganization and management,according to the design drawings and site construction conditions,the limited construction working face of station engineering construction is dividied into several working areas.Based on the characteristics of ant colony algorithm,the ant colony model of multi-disciplinary cross construction organization optimization for outdoor pipe network of station engineering is constructed.In order to conform to the sequence logic of muliti-disciplinary cross construction and the resource constraint rules of working face,the resourse transfer rules of woking face in the model and the calculation method of priority weight based on the number of cross key points are defined.(3)The model is used to conduct intelligent optimization of multi-specialty cross construction organization and management for a station construction case.Through examples of simulation results with the traditional method to calculate the structure of the contrast shows that the model has more than professional cross construction organization and management conflict of "zero" advantage,can effectively optimize the arrangements of the mining sequence and shorten construction period,reduce the cost of construction management,solves many problems of professional construction organization management confusion and delays.And based on Matlab platform to achieve the station project outdoor pipe network multi-professional cross construction organization management integrated system platform development.(4)According to the number of key intersecting points affecting the resource allocation of the working face,the degree of intersecting intersecting was calculated.Combined with the construction characteristics and requirements of each specialty,a contract table conforming to the project was made based on the contract management theory,and the contract table was compiled into the project contract documents confirmed by various parties to make it have legal effect.Reduce the number of contracts and subcontractors and reduce the risk of professional management by optimizing the contract mode.By making the contract table,the dynamic management of construction changes and the integration of professions can be carried out to prevent economic disputes in the later stage.Contract measures optimization can not only use the optimization of construction organization management alone,but also make further response measures to the calculation results of the optimization model to promote the integration of professional processes.The sharing of the two will greatly improve the level of multi-professional construction organization management.Through this study,it is hoped that the multi-specialty cross-construction organization optimization model and intelligent optimization system platform combined with the sharing of contract optimization measures can serve the engineering practice.
