In recent years,micro-nano satellite has become one of the research focuses of the world aerospace industry due to its small size,light weight,high functional density,short development cycle,low cost and flexible transmission mode.With the gradual increase in the functional density of micro-nano satellites,traditional body-mounted fixed solar arrays have been difficult to meet the energy needs of micro-nano satellites.This paper proposes a solar cell array driving device based on 6U micro-nano satellite,and designs its method of sun tracking according to the characteristics of the sun-synchronous orbit.This dissertation mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The STK is used to simulate the on-orbit illumination condition of the sunsynchronous orbital micro-nano satellite.Based on the analysis results,the SADA system’s sun tracking control method is adopted.The combination of the normal sun tracking mode and the alternative sun tracking mode enables the entire system to have redundant backups on the sun tracking method,which improves the reliability of the system.(2)The overall structural design of the SADA system is carried out.Firstly,the main components such as the drive motor and the conductive slip ring are selected according to the design requirements,and then,the fixing mechanism to fix the motor and the electrical slip ring,the unfolding hinge mechanism connecting the solar array and the motor are designed.Finally,the release mechanism for controlling the deploy of the solar array and the sun tracking mechanism were designed.The modal analysis of the 6U micro-nano satellite equipped with the SADA system has ensured the reliability of the structural design.(3)The design of the control circuit is carried out for the SADA system.The low power consumption STM32L151C8T6 chip is selected as the core of the control circuit,and then the reset circuit,clock circuit,voltage conversion circuit,photoelectric detection circuit,release mechanism circuit,deployment state detection circuit,RS422 communication circuit,AD7490 voltage acquisition circuit,etc.have been designed in detail.Then the control method and principle of stepping motor are analyzed in detail,and finally the component layout and wiring of the PCB circuit board are designed.(4)The software development environment was built according to the CPU model of SADA system.Then the software control flow of the two main sun tracking modes was introduced in detail,and the C language control program was written.Then the experimental platform was built and the simulated solar light source was selected.Finally,through the overall experiment,the overall working feasibility of the SADA system was determined,and the important functional parameters of the system were tested and analyzed.
