| Aiming at the problem of landing impact of fully variable valve,this paper presents a kind of electromagnetic variable valve with magnetorheological buffer(MR buffer).On the basis of fully flexible adjustment of valve operation parameters,the system can also adjust the damping coefficient of variable valve in real time to realize the valve seat cushion.The main work and research results of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The overall design scheme of the electromagnetic variable valve with MR buffer was put forward.The overall design requirement analysis and overall scheme design were carried out.(2)The analysis and structure design of the valve were completed.The two main parts of the valve,the electromagnetic linear actuator and MR damper were analyzed theoretically.It mainly includes the theoretical analysis of electromagnetic force and buffer force,the analysis of the influence of different structural parameters on electromagnetic force and buffer force.The electromagnetic finite element model of electromagnetic linear actuator and MR buffer was established and the electromagnetic finite element analysis was completed.At the same time,the parametric optimization analysis of the electromagnetic linear actuator was completed by using the electromagnetic finite element simulation tool.(3)The multi-physical field coupling simulation model of MR buffer was established.At the same time,based on the simulation model,the static and dynamic characteristics of the buffer force of MR buffer were simulated.The parameters of MR buffer were analyzed.The influence of different parameters on the static and dynamic characteristics of the buffer force was analyzed,which lays a foundation for the optimization of the structure of MR buffer.(4)The test-bench of electromagnetic full variable valve was built,including the testbench of the electromagnetic linear actuator,the test-bench of the MR buffer and the test-bench of landing buffer.The simulation results of electromagnetic linear actuator and MR buffer were verified,and the performance of electromagnetic full variable valve was verified.(5)The optimization model of MR buffer was established,and the optimization of MR fluid and MR buffer material was carried out according to the previous analysis results.The optimization algorithm Nelder-Mead,optimization objective,optimization variables and constraints of MR buffer were selected to complete the structure optimization of MR buffer. |
