Application Research Of Closed Stepless Planetary Transmission In Automobile Transmission System

In this paper,the analysis and simulation test of the closed and stepless planetary gear transmission system are carried out.By building a whole vehicle model based on cruise software.The feasibility of the closed stepless planetary gear transmission system used in automobile transmission is analyzed.On the basis of feasibility,the influence of vehicle performance is analyzed.At the same time,the closed stepless planetary gear transmission system is used in hybrid electric vehicle,and analyzed The influence of its application on the performance of the hybrid vehicle.Based on the above simulation results,a closed stepless planetary gear transmission system is used for comprehensive evaluation of automotive driveline.First,the kinematic relationship,force distribution and power distribution relationship of planetary gear and differential planetary gear transmission are derived.It provides theoretical analysis basis for constructing closed planetary gear transmission system.Secondly,based on the relative characteristics of differential planetary gear transmission.The kinematics,force and power distribution of the general closed planetary gear transmission system are analyzed.and obtained the influence parameters of power flow and three power flows in the loop.The specific connection structure of the diverted closed planetary gear transmission system for high power transmission is also analyzed.Then,the sliding rate,speed regulation type,the influence of CVT speed ratio on power split and the selection of CVT speed ratio are analyzed.Finally,based on the above model,the whole vehicle model is built.The enclosed stepless planetary transmission system is used in vehicle and simulation test.The feasibility of the application of the closed stepless planetary transmission system in the automobile transmission and the influence on the performance of the vehicle are obtained.It provides a train of thought and reference for the application of closed stepless planetary transmission system.The research significance of this paper is that the closed planetary transmission system is closed and closed by the differential gear train and the ordinary CVT.The system is used in the automobile transmiss on system,and the simulation test is carried out to verify the feasibility of the system used in automobile transmission,and the effect of the transmission system on the performance of the whole vehicle is analyzed in order to seal the transmission of the planetary gear,The application of the dynamic system provides new ideas and directions.
