The Research Of Parameterized Design And Modeling On Planet Gear Of NGW Transmission System

In this article, base on the theory of designing NGW planet gear and visual basic developing platform the research of parameterized design and modeling on planet gear of NGW is finished.Three dimensional modeling of NGW planet gear is completed using Automation Gateway plug-in which connect VB with Pro/Engineering,.Using Matlab date fitted skill, part of the fitted polynomial coefficient charts are incorporated into procedure, or fitted into one function,then make a fitted polynomial coefficient charts using Excel which using VBA to check.the planetary gear design coefficient. The process of designing planet gear transmission system is divided into several parts which are chieved by VB languge.And users can quickly complete the NGW planet gear parameted design, improve the design efficiency, reduce design cycle.Three dimension modeling of Planet gear is achieved using AutomationGateway plug-in which builting Pro/Engineering modeling and VB language. According to the front results of designing planet gear,three dimension modeling of Pro/Engineering second developing is achieved.Finally, generating technical specifications with the seamless connecting skill on VB and EXCEL.According to the characteristics of planet gear transmission system, using ANSYS software, the key components in the system is analysed.Determinig strength and stiffness affect of planet carrier by structural dimensions.Based on this system, designers can improve the efficiency.And it’s meaningful in VB design with this system.
