The template engineering is an important part of the construction of reinforced concrete bridge.Its structure design and turnover management are directly related to the quality,safety,progress and economic benefits of bridge engineering construction.With the rapid development of China’s urban traffic system,the bridge engineering with complex structure scale has put forward higher requirements for the refinement degree of template engineering design and turnover management.Based on the new BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in the field of information management in the construction industry,the design and turnover management of large bridge pier are optimized to improve the utilization efficiency of the bridge template.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the bridge pier template engineering,the structural design and construction turnover of the bridge pier template are taken as the research object,and the optimization model of the structure design and the optimization model of the construction turnover of template engineering are established.Secondly,aiming at the engineering design and turnover management requirements of bridge pier template,the specific functions of template engineering design and turnover optimization module are put forward.Finally,based on the Revit platform of BIM technology,template engineering design and turnover optimization module are developed to improve the intelligence level of template engineering design and turnover management.The main contents are as follows:(1)Design optimization of the bridge pier template.On the basis of analyzing the limitations of traditional bridge pier template engineering design,the optimization model of large bridge pier template engineering design is established.The function and frame of template design optimization module are designed,and the optimization plug-in of bridge pier template engineering design is developed based on Revit platform.The design efficiency of the bridge pier template is improved by bridge pier data management,structure design and plan management.(2)Turnover optimization of the bridge pier template.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the turnover management of the bridge pier template,the optimization model of large bridge piers template turnover is established.The function and frame of template design optimization module are designed,and the optimization plug-in of bridge pier template engineering turnover is developed based on Revit platform.The utilization efficiency of the bridge pier template is improved by template data management,automatic review of turnover and optimization of turnover intelligence.(3)Case application of the bridge pier template.Combined with the example of large bridge pier template project of Taijiao railway,the detailed application test of the template engineering design optimization module and the turnover optimization module is carried out respectively.The test result shows that this research can effectively improve the efficiency of the template engineering design and construction turnover.
