Template is indispensable component in the process of construction engineering,however with macro direction constantly adopting new technologies,new processes,new materials,aluminum alloy template as a new industry,with the construction effect is good,can speed up the construction period,higher advantage to stand out is to flow and recovery,instead of traditional template will also become the main melody.Aluminum template quality light,high strength,flexible assembly,strong versatility and environmental protection,high utilization rate of technical advantages recognized by the industry,become a new template engineering show.However,problems such as high non-standard rate,uncertain construction safety and uneven template quality have become stumbling blocks on the development of aluminum template.Therefore,using digital technology innovation to endow energy becomes a new direction.The combination of BIM technology and the core modeling software Revit parametric concept and open function expansibility provide an important guarantee for the research.This article in domestic aluminum template under the background of expanding application range,study the application of BIM technology in aluminum template design to build points,the main contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the creation of aluminum template family,the necessity of family parametric design is expounded.Through introducing the composition of aluminum formwork system is put forward according to the mold fitting design procedure is implemented,the choice of routine metric models or metric based on line model template,create a template families of the match with design;The parameter declarations and Excel function method is used to quickly create a variety of component types.(2)On the basis of parametric component model creation,explore the interaction between Revit and Midas Gen model,and optimize template components.Firstly,the modeling principle in Revit is introduced,and the model data is extracted by using plug-ins,then the MGT file is read in the analysis software,the template unit is analyzed and optimized,and the calculated results are returned to the model to realize the data flow.(3)Summarize and summarize the process and methods of Revit secondary development platform construction,and use external application interface to design the program panel of "aluminum template tool set";Using the external command interface to develop the template and support component calculation,die matching design and quantity statistics of each of the three modules.(4)The feasibility and practicability of the program "aluminum template tool set" were verified through the application of engineering examples,the die matching design of the standard layer was completed on the Revit interface,the calculation book of the special project of aluminum template project was generated and the statistical list of Excel materials was extracted.
