Under the support of the national poverty alleviation policy,a large number of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in Shanyang county of Shangluo city are connected to the shanyang regional power grid,which leads to some problems such as voltage stability and reactive power balance of the Shanyang power grid.Therefore,it is very urgent to determine a reasonable access and consumption planBased on the analysis of the development status quo of photovoltaic power generation,energy storage and hybrid energy storage,this paper studies the structure,planning and load power balance of Shanyang County’s regional power grid,and proposes a photovoltaic power station connection plan.Taking the Yinhua photovoltaic power station in Zhongcun town,Shanyang County as an example to demonstrate the access scheme,the actual project calculation of photovoltaic power network is carried out.This article configures the primary equipment of photovoltaic power station,relay protection equipment,dispatching automation and communication equipment,and estimates the project investment.After optimizing the plan for connecting photovoltaic power generation in Shanyang,this paper proposes an energy management strategy based on wavelet time-frequency analysis and energy limit,and according to the individual characteristics of different energy storage components,combined with the idea of frequency division for power distribution,the complementary advantages between batteries and super capacitors are realized.By building a specific simulation model in the Matlab/Simulink environment,and comparing simulation analysis under different working modes and switching between each other,its results show that the strategy can give full play to the excellent characteristics of different energy storage components,and it can also run well in all modes and can realize smooth and fast switching between different working modes.
