Induction heating technology is widely used in industrial,home and medical applications due to its safety,cleanliness,efficiency and ease of intelligence.Among them,induction cooker is a typical home application.At present,the domestic and foreign markets of induction cookers mainly to single-mouth stoves,and multi-mouth stoves to gas or resistance heating methods.The multi-burner induction cooker with multi-load output IH technology as the core has higher flexibility,better performance and economy,so it has gradually received more attention.However,in practical applications,only double-burner induction cookers have begun to be put into use on the market,and more burners are mostly research-oriented.Based on this background,this article launches the research of multi-load output IH technology.The reverse-blocking class-D inverter based on the improvement of the traditional half-bridge circuit has the characteristics of simple circuit structure,easy power control and high circuit efficiency.In the application of power electronics technology,matrix circuits have the advantages of high utilization of switching devices and high power density.Therefore,in this paper,the inverse-blocking class-D inverter is combined with a matrix structure,and the matrix inverter is obtained as the main topology of the multi-load output IH power supply.The analysis found that this structure can flexibly realize the operation of multiple loads in any combination mode,while effectively improving the utilization of switching devices and simplifying the system structure.Taking the 2×2 order matrix inverter as an example,the working principle and the working status of the four load combination modes are analyzed,and the optimal switching mode between different modes is obtained,which can simplify the control of the matrix inverter the way.According to the circuit structure and working principle,a combination of pules frequency modulation(PFM)and pulse density modulation(PDM)is proposed to adjust the output power of the matrix inverter to meet the requirements of flexible power distribution among different loads.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the scheme are verified by simulation and experiment.
