As the core component of AC speed control system,high performance motor drive device has attracted much attention.Induction motor(IM)is the main control object of AC speed regulation system because of its strong reliability and simple structure.A variety of new control technologies based on vector control have become the hot spot of research in recent years.Among them,finite time control(FTC)can make a state of the system converge in finite time,which provides better convergence performance,so it is favored in the field of motor control.However,the motor will be affected by the lumped disturbance in the process of operation,resulting in the decline of the anti-interference ability of the system.In order to improve the anti-interference performance of the control system,this paper studies a vector control method based on finite time control with a generalized proportional integral observer(GPIO)for induction motor.Firstly,the mathematical models of induction motor and the basic principle of vector control are introduced.Secondly,the basic principle of finite time control is described,the finite time controller is constructed in the speed loop of vector control frame and its stability is analyzed.At the same time,it is pointed out that the suppression ability of finite time control to disturbance needs to be further optimized,and the existence of lumped interference will affect the control performance of speed loop.Therefore,a generalized proportional integral observer is introduced into the speed loop in this paper,the lumped disturbance is estimated and compensated.Then the basic principle and structure of the generalized proportional integral observer and the design method in induction motor control system are introduced in detail respectively.The stability of the observer is analyzed according to the Hurwitz criterion,and the selection criterion of observer parameters is given.Finally,the method proposed in this paper is simulated in simulation environment and the experimental verification is carried out on the self-built platform.Both simulation and experiment results show that the disturbance rejection ability of the control system are improved by using a vector control method based on finite time control with generalized proportional integral observer for induction motor.
