With the development of global economic integration,the customer level is higher and higher,and the customer demand is also changing with the development of market economy.Knowing the customer demand at any time is also the most direct influencing factor for the timely adjustment of enterprise product quality.Through the analysis of customer satisfaction,we find the inconsistency of customers’ focus or expectation,analyze and confirm the factors affecting product quality,and propose countermeasures In order to improve the efficiency of quality management and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprise products.Taking H company as the research object,this paper studies the influence of customer satisfaction on quality improvement.Referring to the theory of customer satisfaction and related literature,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the scheme based on the three criteria of product quality,product delivery and product service,and constructs a hierarchical structure model.According to the hierarchical structure model,the judgment matrix of different levels is established,and the experts compare the importance of two indicators between different levels.According to the significance table of the judgment matrix,the importance degree of two indicators is judged and scored.Then,according to the consistency test of the judgment matrix,the rationality of the judgment matrix data is judged,and the maximum eigenvalue is obtained.For the matrix data passing the consistency test,the square root method and normalization method are used to calculate the weight ratio of each level,and the decision scheme is output.According to the output of the hierarchical structure model,the customer satisfaction questionnaire is designed and implemented,and the satisfaction of each index is calculated combined with the index weight ratio.According to the results of customer satisfaction evaluation,this paper analyzes the current situation of H company in product quality,delivery and service,and uses the theory of quality improvement to improve the deficiencies of H company in product quality,delivery and service.By establishing the regression analysis of customer satisfaction change and product quality,product delivery and product service improvement performance,the research conclusion of the influence of customer satisfaction on product quality improvement of H company is obtained.
